The company (BLM TRANSPORTS) undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is mad.. *Carton Boxes and Extra Luggage's (More Than One Suitcase per person) Is Chargeable. As per BLM TRANSPORTS Management.

  1. Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage & other belongings inside the bus/office. Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 kgs and dimensions of a Checked-in Baggage must not exceed L 152 cm * W 58 cm * H 101 cm. Excess baggage will be charged as per the BLM transports T&C. BLM transports shall not take responsibility in the event of loss / theft or damage to the passenger luggage.
  2. The ticket is valid for the particular journey to which it is issued.
  3. Any personal luggage or belongings should be taken care of by the passengers themselves or any disputed value should be within Rs.1000/-. Passengers should not carry articles worth more than Rs.1000/-. Any luggage or parcel worth more than Rs.1000/- at parties risk only.
  4. Tickets are not transferable. The management reserves the right to off - load passengers who are travelling on incorrect tickets or disturbing the co-passengers or drunken passengers, without refund.
  5. The Management reserves the right to cancel, postpone, change or delay the vehicle without assigning any reason and to change the sitting arrangements in case of emergency.
  6. Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passengers who are late.
  7. Contraband and explosive article are not allowed.
  8. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the bus coach and inside any of our office premises.
  9. There is no refund on cancellation of Pre/Postponed & Open ticket.
  10. For ticket cancellation and any other changes the customer has to visit nearest company office with ticket and telephonic request will not be entertained.
  11. Changes to date or time can be made to the booking made at our website or Mobile App if you notify us at least one day prior to the scheduled departure time by visiting our branch
  12. Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while Journey.
  13. Any passenger disturbing the co-passengers is liable to be alighted from the coach.
  14. Seats Will Be Confirmed Only After Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability).
  15. For children above 5 years full ticket is compulsory, Without ticket children will not be allowed to board the bus (Age proof Required).
  16. Any male passenger who books tickets marking him as a female in an available female adjacent seat will be made get off the bus without any consideration, no refund will be given.
  17. Any indecent activities/behavior will not be entertained and if found the passenger will be made to get off the bus without any consideration, no refund will be given.
  18. Carrying Fire Works/Crackers are Prohibited, If Found Passengers Are Not Allowed to Board the Bus no Ticket Amount is Refund
  19. For special service , ticket cancellation is not allowed.
  20. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, weather conditions etc.
